SelfLove
Instead of Self Love, rather than I, Me, Myself, and Ego. Which are considered false beliefs, and mental projections. We should look towards Anatta (Egoless). Anatta, also known as non-self or egolessness, is a fundamental concept in Buddhism that refers to the idea that individuals do not possess a fixed, inherent identity or self. According to Buddhist teachings, the concept of self is an illusion that arises out of the identification with and attachment to the constantly changing physical and mental phenomena that make up the individual.
The practice of Anatta, or the cultivation of non-self, is central to many schools of Buddhism and is seen as a key aspect of the spiritual path. It is believed that by letting go of the ego and the identification with the self, individuals can become liberated from suffering and achieve enlightenment.
There are different approaches to practicing Anatta within Buddhism, but common methods include meditation, mindfulness, and the cultivation of compassion and loving-kindness. Some people may find the practice of Anatta to be challenging at first, as it requires letting go of long-held beliefs about the self and one's place in the world. However, many people find that the practice of Anatta can bring a sense of freedom and peace, as well as a deeper understanding of the interconnectedness of all things.Envy, Lust, and Pride are all sins of the flesh, why continue showing love to your flesh, and destroy these mental projections. You can’t change until you are aware of them. From this discipline arrives consciousness. The Glasses you can’t take off. The Blessing and Curse.
