Taken literal or physical we must tune our bodies, our thoughts, our diets. The middle path is the way of enlightenment. Walking a tight rope or a silver lining, the narrow path. Do not let anything get away from you. It will take, right understanding, thought, speech, action, livelihood, effort, mindfulness, and concentration.
